Our principles in brief

  • You are a point of contact. You do not give private tutoring or crisis counselling. In a crisis, you refer them to the psychotherapeutic counselling service of the Studierendenwerk, for study questions to the zib, in an emergency to 112.
  • You use the applications only to choose your favourites, take no screenshots and contact nobody before the matching.
  • What your mentee tells you stays confidential.
  • Your first meeting takes place on campus or in another public place.
  • You meet as equals and look out for each other.
  • Serious violations end your participation, and there is no certificate in that case.
